We're currently working on a robust database for all of the SWCCG rules and cards. This new system will provide the committee and community with many new exciting features and improvements. Consolidating all of this information into one location will allow the community to rely on a single, trusted source for rules and card information. This will eliminate discrepencies, accelerate updates, and provide new exciting features for the community.
Details of these new features are in the works, but we can say that we're examining the posibility of creating an API that will allow developers to tap into our trusted information for use on their own projects. Please grace us with your patience during this transition period, as we're excited to bring you more great features! In the meantime, you may view rules here and cards here at their old sources.
Additionally, there are several alternative tools available for your deckbuilding and card reference needs:

[sw-ip] is the ultimate deck development tool for Star Wars CCG. It allows the user to look up cards, includes a powerful search engine that can look up almost any set of statistics and/or gametext to find the correct cards. SW:IP also shows matching weapons and pilots, any cards that pull the card, cards pulled by the card, as well as cards any particular card cancels or is canceled by. SW:IP also allows a person to inventory their collection and stores the information, which can then be used in it's powerful deck building feature. SW:IP was created by Christoph Stieler and continues to receive support and updates.

VKit is a program that allows custom creation of a virtual .pdf by the user with the cards released by the Players Committee. This allows the user to, generally on a single piece of paper, print off all the entire virtual slips they will need for their entire deck, saving significant time, paper and ink. Users who register an account on the website (free), can save their lists for further use, but the full service is available to everyone. VKit was created by Lee Edwards and continues to receive support and updates.

Polarhaven is a web-based card database containing many useful features, including referencing of card types, characteristics and other features. Additionally, it features a mobile and iphone interfaces, so that you can check cards on the go off your phone.
