yeah it's hilarious how many times i've seen ppl misplay that. mike actually won a game recently b/c his opponent sign in blood'd himself instead of him, it was pretty funny.

recover does seem better than grim harvest, but you don't need either if you don't have good targets in your graveyard for them though. Sign in blood is a definite include though, don't cut that. Just...
